Au Berg is a four bedroom single floor villa (Surface area 105 m2) that can sleep 7 in comfort. Two families could easily accommodate 8 with children sharing.
There is a luxurious bathroom with Italian shower, corner bath, double sink and toilet. There is also another separate toilet.
The living space consists of modern kitchen and large dining and living area. All the living space opens to the broad south facing terrace via french windows. The grounds of 25 ares are secluded and private with open views to the south.
Outside is ample space to eat, cook on the barbecue and, of course, relax by or in the 11 x 5.5 metre swimming pool.
Au Berg is well equipped with sufficient crockery, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils for all your needs. Towels and sheets are provided and the house will be cleaned before and after your stay.
Palaja has shops in walking distance and there are plenty of facilities in and around Carcassonne.
